Is it free to post a listing? Yes. Posting is always free, and we take zero commission on anything you sell. Optional paid boosts help a listing get seen more, but they're never required.

How do I contact a seller? Every listing has a "Show contact" button once you're signed in — it reveals the seller's phone number and WhatsApp directly. You can also message sellers in-app.

How does verification work? Accounts move up a trust ladder: Phone Verified (automatic at sign-up), ID Verified, CAC Verified (for registered businesses), and Center Verified (for shopping-center-based sellers). Higher tiers show up as a badge on listings and profiles.

How do I report a listing or user? Use the "Report" option on any listing, business, or conversation. Our moderation team reviews every report.
